At Verdant Scapes, many of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is individually created, fulfillment timelines may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and seasonal demand.
Order Creation & Fulfillment
Most Verdant Scapes products are not mass-produced and require creation time before shipment. Estimated fulfillment timelines may vary by product and may be listed on individual product pages when applicable.
Once your order has been completed, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship within the United States using trusted shipping carriers, including:
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• FedEx
The carrier selected for your order will be based on the best combination of cost, reliability, and delivery speed available for your destination.
Transit Times
Transit time begins once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Estimated carrier transit times are:
• USPS: 2–7 business days
• UPS: 1–5 business days
• FedEx: 1–5 business days
These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Standard & Expedited Shipping
Standard Shipping uses standard carrier delivery services.
Expedited Shipping provides faster carrier transit options when available. Please note that expedited shipping does not reduce or eliminate the creation time required for handmade products unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Delays
While we strive to fulfill and ship orders as efficiently as possible, delivery estimates may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Verdant Scapes is not responsible for delays that occur after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of opening at verdantscapesco@gmail.com and provide clear photographs of both the item and the original packaging.
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement item, store credit, partial refund, or another solution determined by Verdant Scapes. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
Lost or stolen packages should be reported directly to the shipping carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but carrier-related delivery issues are ultimately handled through the carrier's claims process.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship only within the United States.
• UPS and FedEx shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
• Customers using a P.O. Box should select USPS during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and current carrier rates.
From time to time, Verdant Scapes may offer shipping promotions or free shipping offers. Any active promotions will be displayed on our website.
