How do our Pre-Made Scapes Work?

Our Pre-made scapes are glued onto egg crates and can be easily placed into an appropriately sized tank. The egg crates allow for easily planting any plant of your choice.

What are our Custom Commissions?

We offer custom scapes (aquascapes, terrascapes, terrariums) that can be requested by you for us to create to your liking!

Simply tell us about what you are looking for on our "Custom Commissions" tab, and we will promptly get back to you with how to proceed.

**This process works on a quoting system**

Overview of Process: Tell us what you want, we reply, confirm it with you, and tell you the price, from here you can expect your requested item in as little as 2-4 weeks!

📌 Deposit Required – "A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins to cover necessary materials." 
📌 Final Payment – "The remaining balance must be paid before delivery/pickup."
📌 Cancellations – "Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased. Any last-minute alterations to a requested commission will result in an additional charge."
📌 Processing Time – "Completion time varies based on project size and materials but typically ranges from 2-4 weeks. Rushed orders MAY be available for an additional fee."

🚨 Cancellations After Completion:

            📌If a commission is canceled after completion, the deposit is non-refundable, and the client forfeits their right to the final product.

            📌If the remaining balance is unpaid within 15 days of completion, the commission will be resold or repurposed at Verdant Scapes' discretion.

Are our Materials Safe for Use at the Time of Purchase?

All of our Materials are baked/boiled and cleaned to ensure the safest possible natural pre-made products we can offer.

Shipping and Returns

We are a U.S. based business that ships domestically using USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.

At Verdant Scapes, every product is crafted with care, whether it's a custom scape, handmade decor, or a limited-run item. Because of the unique and often made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

We’ll evaluate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement, store credit, or partial refund — depending on the situation and product type.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders

Damage caused after delivery

Items that have been altered or used
